Class Instructions: 
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for orientation prior to the start of the session. Participants should wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing (i.e. T-shirts for boys and girls), wear a gym-type shoe and bring a water bottle. All equipment is provided.

Sport Rotation


Some locations have an exception to the sport rotation due to limitations with facilities. Check your class notices, maps, etc for additional information.

    A few sports start in a prior month or flow into the next month due to holidays.

    Sports and date exceptions could exist for a specific park. If so, they will be noted on your class page, along with any cancellations or makeup days.

    • September - Soccer

      Mon dates:
      9, 16, 23, 30 (No class Labor Day, 2nd)

    • October - Flag Football

      Mon dates:
      7, 14, 21, 28

    • November - Softball

      Mon dates:
      4, 11, 18, 25

    • December - Kickball

      Mon dates:
      2, 9, 16 (3 weeks only; you may prorate or get a credit)

    • January - Basketball

      Mon dates:
      6, 13, 20, 27

    • February - Nerf Dodgeball

      Mon dates:
      3, 10, 17, 24

    • March - Field Handball

      Mon dates:
      2, 9, 16, 23 (no class 30th)

    • April - Track and Field

      Mon dates:
      6, 13, 20, 27

    • May - Soccer

      Mon dates:
      4, 11, 18, June 1 (no class 25th)

Sports List

Our PE classes are for ages 3-18. Click here for a full overview of our program.

Our typical lineup of sports for our PE classes is as follows. Most sports run 4 weeks, once per week. 
Click on the sport name to see the dates offered.
Dates and sport offerings may vary in your area due to holiday schedules and park availability.
Please check your class page for exact schedule.

June-August EMH regular PE classes will not be offered so that we can focus on special offerings like clinics and sports camps.

Holidays

Holiday Schedule:

  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday)
  • Winter Break (see your class dates for exact schedule)
  • Good Friday
  • Memorial Day

These are the only dates we take off for holidays.

Each sport has 4 weeks, with the exception of December.
If a 5th week is in the calendar month, it will only be used if needed as a makeup or due to a holiday.

Some sports may begin or end in a different month due to scheduling needs.

Your master class list of all dates and sports can be found on your class page (click here or on the blue class title).

Please be advised that EMH may have classes on some non-school days. We will not provide free makeups or credits for those dates if you do not attend. If your school does not pay for those dates parents must pay the difference out of pocket.

Bring a Friend

EMH Sports offers a free trial pass to your friend if they have never been to our classes and if you preregister them for a class you are attending.

You will also get a $5 referral credit when your friend joins us for more classes!

Check Your Status

Did you know that your account has a My Status page? Your "My Account" menu tells you everything about your account status.

You can always see your orders, payments, and class signups! Green and Red flags indicate which children are cleared for each sport.

If you click on your class title in blue, you will see all of your sports class dates for the whole year. Or visit PE Dates to find your date list.

Certificates

For each sport we issue printable certificates for students who attended the month. These can be found under your "My Account" menu in the upper right. Be sure to download your certificates by the end of June if you want to print them!
