Please place an order on our website and select "school funds" at checkout. Immediately contact your school and let them know you will be participating. They will need about a week in order to create your vouchers.
Each voucher must list the child name and month/sport covered so that we can bill at the end of each sport. Multiple months can go on the same voucher as long as they are listed individually with ending dates for each sport.
We do not take vouchers for single dates or partial months unless you make a deposit.
Incorrect vouchers will need to be redone and will cause registration delays.
The school will send us the vouchers by email when approved. These must be received by us by the day before class or a deposit will be required.
