Please register on our site, place an order, and request your school vouchers. Each sport and child must have a separate voucher number.
Please sign, post date each one, and mail them all to the office in one batch. If there is not enough time before your first class you can also email us the numbers for that month and then mail the signed ones.
If you do not have the approved vouchers yet, or if they are incorrect, a deposit will be required.
