Virtual Yoga/Stretching - Mon, 9:00-9:45 AM
Welcoming all levels, this class will concentrate on basic yoga postures/poses, static stretches, and balance training with a focus on breath and alignment. You'll need a hand towel, tie, or belt to be used as a resistance band and an exercise/yoga mat is recommended but not necessary (a large towel may be used). This is a class for everyone to enjoy! Ages 5 and up.

For In-Person Classes: Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for orientation prior to the start of the session. Participants should wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing (i.e. T-shirts for boys and girls), wear a gym-type shoe and bring a water bottle. All equipment is provided.
For Virtual Classes: Instructions will be sent to all registered participants shortly before your start date. You must have an active internet connection and a device with a webcam as well as appropriate equipment as listed in the course description.
