Physical Fitness for Life

Imari Pugh, known to many as Coach Mar, has been coaching since she was 18 years old. A native of Vacaville, she earned her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Sacramento State. Her passion for soccer began at the age of six, when she joined a club team. Over the years, her dedication and leadership skills flourished, leading her to become both President and Captain of her team.

For the past four years, Coach Mar has been coaching at Natomas Futbol Academy, where she also serves as the Lead Camp Director. In addition to her work with the academy, she has spent four years as the FROSH Head Coach at Inderkum High School, where she continues to inspire and mentor young athletes.
